Attach to the RFQ
- Process data sheet (API 660 format if that is what you use).
- Whether NACE / ISO 15156 applies.
- Inspection (TPI) and ITP expectations.
- Whether Code stamping is required.

Mechanical items owners often specify
- Impingement plates and inlet nozzle velocity limits on shell side.
- Double-segmental or rod-baffle bundles for high shell-side velocity services.
- TEMA Class R mechanical requirements (thicker tubes, closer baffle spacing).
- Cladding or solid alloy tubesheets when sour service is named on the datasheet.
What we will not quote from a one-line email
'Two shell-and-tube exchangers for refinery' without datasheets forces assumptions on pressure, MOC, and TEMA type. Send API 660 or owner sheets, or use our RFQ checklist on the heat exchangers product page.
